Return & Exchange Policy

What items are eligible for return?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in its original packaging and includes all tags and components.
• The customer covers return shipping costs.
• Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 

• Discounted or clearance items
• Made-to-Order products
• Items that have been mounted, installed, or assembled

Damaged or defective items

We take product quality and safe delivery seriously. Inspect all freight shipments at the time of delivery.

• If you notice any damage, ask the driver to note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or refuse the delivery.
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to report damage so we can arrange a replacement and handle the return shipping for the damaged item.
• Claims made after 7 days cannot be processed due to freight carrier restrictions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for select products or variants.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refund options

We offer refunds in the following forms:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund as store credit (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Warranty claims

After 30 days from the delivery date, warranty requests must be made directly with the manufacturer. If you need contact information or warranty details, reach out to us and we’ll assist you.
